SAKURA FESTIVAL AT MAMASAAN
Born in Japan. Reimagined at Mamasaan Bondi.
“`
“`
To celebrate the arrival of spring in the Japanese traditional way,
the spirit of Sakura (Cherry Blossoms) comes alive at Mamasaan.
During this week at Mamasaan, Japanese inspiration meets Sydney spring,
Asian fusion flavours meet unexpected pairings, and every evening unfolds
a little differently. From beautifully crafted Roku Gin cocktails and
Suntory Whisky to food, laughter, music and shared moments — Sakura is
reimagined, the Mamasaan way.
At the heart of the celebration are two unmistakably Japanese characters —
Roku Gin & Suntory Whisky — poured, mixed and paired
with Mamasaan’s playful fusion flavours.
